Day 01: - Baku
Welcome to Azerbaijan. Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport and proceed for your transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free at leisure. Overnight in Baku.
Day 02: - Baku City Tour
After breakfast, proceed by your transfer for Old Baku City Tour. Baku is a largest open-air museum in the world and UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Its territory of 22 hectares is full of ancient baths, mosques, caravanserais, medieval markets, fortress walls and other 6-7 century buildings, among which we will visit the main symbol of Baku- Maiden’s Tower, Juma Mosque, Caravanserais and the main headquarter of Bakuvian Khans- Shirvanshah Palace. Further also visit Highland Park, Flame Towers, Baku Boulevard, carpet museum. Enjoy a boat ride in the “Little Venice of Baku”, Nizami Street. After visit Heydar Aliyev Center from outside. Heydar Aliyev Center is a 57,500 m2 building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid and noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles. This is one of the most amazing architectural masterpieces of Zaha Hadid. Transfer back to the hotel by evening Overnight in Baku.
Day 03: - Gabala Day Trip
After breakfast, proceed for Gabala tour. will go to Gabala which is the newest resort town. Here, you will view the eye-catching Nohurgol Lake with a magnificent view of the Caucasus Mountains. Later visit the Tufandag winter-summer tourism complex, the most favourite part of the tour. It is an ideal place for those who want to walk in the mountains, ride in a cable car to watch nature, and enjoy summer/winter. There is more than a 5-kilometer walking distance between the rope lines and 4 stations. Transfer back to your hotel in Baku. Overnight at Baku.
Day 04: - Absheron and Gobustan Day Tour
After breakfast, proceed for Gobustan National Park, where you can find cave paintings which were form before 40,000 years. Later visit Mud Volcanoes, where you will be able to visit and climb up close to the craters of mud volcanoes and watch the bubbling of liquid clay. As fire worshipping was the main religion in Azerbaijan before Islam, there were many places to pray to Fire in this region. You will first visit Ateshgah- Fire Temple which was going useless and reincarnating over centuries and has reached its glory in 17th century due to donations from Indian merchants, who were importing indigo and spices and exporting salt and naphta from Azerbaijan. Secondly, you will visit the Burning Mountain, the natural phenomenon of fire coming up from ground for over 300 mln. years. Later visit “Gala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex” the well-known open-air historical and ethnographic museum. Scientists have found the evidence showing that the first settlements on the site of Gala village appeared at least 5,000 years ago. The Gala Museum territory hosts also several exhibitions, where the tourists can see ancient household items, glassware, jewelry and other interesting exhibits cased in glass. Overnight at Baku.
Day 05: - Departure
After Breakfast check out the hotel proceeds to Baku Airport drop off.
