In the unlikely event that the company cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, external factors, or schedule changes, we guarantee a full refund of the advance booking amount.
However, the company is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the client, such as flight cancellations, accommodation adjustments, or other related costs resulting from the cancellation.
If cancellations are made 15–30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0–15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. The operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Payment Policy
Booking Deposit: A deposit of INR 10,000/- is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the trip start date.
Cancellation Due to Non-Payment: Failure to complete the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your trip. Any deposit paid may be forfeited.
No Refunds for Unused Services: No refunds will be issued for any inclusions or services not utilized by the client during the trip.
Booking Transfer: Bookings are transferable to another person, subject to prior approval and applicable fees.
